In doing so, we establish arrangements with various suppliers or principals, such as airlines, cruise lines, operators, or lodging companies, as indicated on your receipt(s). The terms and conditions of these suppliers or principals apply to your reservations, and it is essential to carefully review them as they contain crucial information.

As a representative, FareOTrend is not responsible for the conduct or shortcomings of the principals or vendors, nor for the services they provide. Copies of the terms and conditions associated with your reservations can be requested if you do not already have them.

Reservations:

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all provided details, including names, dates, and times, match their passports and travel itineraries. Changes to reservations may not be permitted, and alterations, if allowed, may result in additional charges.

During the reservation process, both the supplier(s) and principal(s) will verify the provided details. It is crucial to ensure that the information on your receipt(s) is accurate. Any necessary changes should be promptly communicated to our experts. All tickets issued are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.

Details submitted during the reservation process may be shared with relevant suppliers or persons involved in the travel arrangements. This information may also be disclosed to public authorities, such as immigration and customs, as required by officials or legislation. Additionally, certain critical information, including dietary, religious, and disability information, may be shared. Passenger details may also be disclosed to credit-checking and security organizations. Travelers heading to the United States will have their information provided to US border control or customs to prevent terrorism and other serious crimes.

For travelers outside the European Economic Area, data security may not meet the region's legal requirements. Failure to provide information to relevant principals or suppliers may result in the inability to process your booking.
